Hello all,
I'm new to this forum, and hopefully the collective intelligence will bring me better results than Dr. Google. I recently started learning bagpipes, and I have tiny hands. Like the size of most 10-year-olds. I have a hard time covering the bottom most hole. After borrowing Niall from a bad member (which did not work out well), my pipe master lent me his first chanter. It's perfect! However, it is a Grainger and Campbell... so my luck is not going to be great finding another.
Does anyone who is familiar with the Grainger and Campbell chanters know of any chanters that are of similar size? I am not exactly looking for a youth chanter, as the goal is eventually bagpipes and despite having a presidential hand size, I want to make the eventual transition to pipes as easy as possible (I know this is far off, but still).
Thanks for the input!
